Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration & Security

Withdrawal requests are processed by the will vip payments team on a first-come, first-served basis. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays of up to 72 hours while identity documents are reviewed.
- No third-party payments: You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Payments from or to third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions
will vip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are supplemented by the general bonus rules set out in this section.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players across all divisions of Bangladesh.
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each bonus offer. Default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

- Maximum bet with bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum stake per bet or spin is ৳500 unless the offer terms specify a higher limit. Bets above this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
- One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless specific promotional terms explicitly permit multiple simultaneous bonuses.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

- In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to prevailing odds at the time of acceptance. will vip operates a "bet delay" on in-play markets to prevent exploitation of latency between live event feeds and the platform's odds pricing engine.
- Maximum payout: The maximum single-bet payout on will vip sports betting markets is ৳500,000 per settlement. Casino game maximum payouts are governed by the individual game provider's rules as displayed in the game.
- Game malfunctions: In the event of a casino game malfunction — including a software freeze, disconnection, or display error — all affected bets will be void and stakes returned. "Game malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all casino titles on the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the will vip platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to the appropriate authorities:
- Registering as a minor or allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your account.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account-level limits, exploit bonuses multiple times, or avoid a previously imposed suspension.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players, team members, or officials to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets have been placed on will vip.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. will vip has a legal obligation to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
- Depositing funds that were obtained illegally or that are the proceeds of criminal activity, regardless of the jurisdiction in which the criminal activity occurred.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the will vip software infrastructure, including game RNG systems, payment processing systems, or odds-pricing engines.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward will vip staff members or other players in any communication channel, including live chat and email.
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches to obtain credits, free spins, or other benefits not intended by the platform. Any player who discovers a bug must report it to the support team immediately rather than exploiting it.
- Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, including submitting altered or forged identity documents.
Account Suspension & Closure
will vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 7, failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or receipt of a chargeback from your payment provider.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the will vip support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns that gambling is becoming a problem — may request immediate self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within minutes and result in permanent account closure. - Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. will vip will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying a dormancy fee of ৳200 per month to offset administration costs. Dormant accounts will not be closed without prior email notification.
- Suspended accounts: During the period of account suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. The support team will communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required to reinstate the account where this is possible.
- Closure due to breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, will vip will retain records of the breach in accordance with its data retention policy and may share relevant information with other operators or regulatory bodies where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, will vip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses sustained through betting or gaming activity, whether resulting from the Player's own decisions or from platform errors subsequently corrected under the manifest error policy.
- Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, cyberattack, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures in Bangladesh.
- Loss of data, account history, or session progress resulting from network disconnections, browser incompatibilities, or device failures on the Player's end.
- Errors in odds, game results, or account balances that are subsequently corrected as manifest errors in accordance with Section 6 of these terms.
- Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials as described in Section 3.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit will vip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. will vip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any of its content.
Amendments & Governing Law
will vip reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — will vip will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification before the revised terms take effect.
Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to transaction limit tables — may take effect immediately upon publication at will-vip.club/terms-conditions, without advance notice. The "Effective Date" and version number shown at the top of this page will be updated each time the document is revised.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with general principles of commercial contract law.
